Fee Structure for
Retreats, Workshops & Parish Missions

All fees are established in consultation with the contracting party. The fee for service structure is informed by the values of fairness, experience, justice, education, purpose, flexibility, collaboration and generosity. 

Most presentations take an average of 1 hour preparation time for every 10 minutes of presenting. This preparation time needs to be factored into the hourly presenting fee.

 

Group presentations can range between $120.00 and $170.00 per presenting hour. 

Full day retreats or workshops range from $600.00 to $800.00 per day, or $900.00

to $1,100 per weekend (Friday evening until Sunday noon).

 

All fees are subject to the following: group size, registration fee collected or not, 

requested duration of the presentation, non-profit or commercial goals, sponsoring

body’s financial resources etc.

 

All expenses, such as travel, meals and accommodation are the reponsibility of the contracting party. Mileage is calculated at $0.45/km. Any other expenses (photocopies

& other materials) incurred for a specific presentation are the responsibility of the contracting party.

 

Remuneration for supply preaching is determined by the contracting denominational norms and guidelines.

 

Fee for one-on-one service as in pastoral counseling, spiritual direction

and life coaching ranges between $30.00 and $60.00/hour, depending on ability to pay.
However, NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY BECAUSE OF INABILITY TO PAY.
